About the Project

At Byond Creative, we crafted a high-impact animation for Brevetti Angela’s groundbreaking Syfpac DUO Blow Fill Seal (BFS) machine. As the fastest, smallest, and safest BFS solution on the market, Syfpac DUO transforms aseptic packaging for pharmaceuticals through a seamless, continuous process: forming the container, filling it with liquid, and sealing it—all within seconds in a sterile, controlled environment. Our animation distills this complex technology into an engaging visual narrative, showcasing how Syfpac DUO enables efficient production of small and large volume parenterals, prefilled syringes, plastic vials, and bottles. Ideal for vaccines, eye drops, injectables, IV solutions, and more, the animation highlights key benefits like speed, safety, regulatory compliance, and cost-effectiveness. We handled every step from initial storyboard concepts to immersive sound design, ensuring clarity and precision to make advanced aseptic manufacturing accessible and compelling for audiences. To demonstrate real-world application, we’ve included footage of the animation in action at Brevetti Angela’s booth during CPHI 2025, where it captivated industry professionals and drove engagement.
